Moving to San Felipe and investing in Cali's Baja Condos has been a dream come true - a lifetime achievement after years of hard work, dreaming and dedication. Your experience when you stay at one of our owned or managed properties is very important to us. 

We work with a team of local experts to ensure you have the best possible place to call home during your visit to San Felipe, Baja. No detail goes unnoticed, we put thought into everything from the bedding, to the towels, to the decor, right down to the coffee - we want to ensure it's all just right. Offering 5-star vacation rentals with a touch of authentic Mexican charm in a comfortable, high-quality environment is our main goal. If you need anything, we are here to serve you, but will also ensure you have the privacy you crave during your getaway.

Kerry is originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. After years of owning his own businesses, most notably Gags Unlimited in Winnipeg, he purchased our main property in San Felipe, Cali’s Baja Condos, about 7 years ago and started building his dream - a perfect combination of work and play between the various property rentals and his personal favorite, our sandrail business, Desert Adventure Tours.

Kailah is originally from Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada. She spent years in Marketing & Communications in the corporate world before moving on to non-profit (hospital) fundraising and events and from there to San Felipe after meeting Kerry a few years ago. Also a lover of getting out into the desert in our 6-seater sandrail, she loves doing rentals and ensuring our guests have the best possible stay.
