Ample street parking, with room for one car behind the secure, locked gates. Can be rented together, for up to 18 guests, or separately - just the house or just a condo or two. Located in the upscale Playas of San Felipe neighborhood, if you do need to leave the pool for some reason, the beach is mere minutes away and the shops, restaurants and entertainment of the Malecon is only a 5-minute drive.
