The entire property accommodates up to 10 guests. Air conditioning / heat for the hot summers and cooler winter nights, streaming TV, wi-fi, desert and mountain views… you will enjoy staying here. Located in the Playas of San Felipe, it’s only a five minute drive to the Malecon’s restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment and about a 9 minute walk down to the beach.
