Vacation Rental Rules

What you need to know when you stay with us...

  • Check-in is anytime after 2 p.m. and check out by 11 a.m. unless otherwise negotiated

  • Guests MUST be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult

  • Guests under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pools and/or on the pool decks

  • NO glass by the pools. Any trash around the pool must be cleaned up immediately

  • NO jumping off any heights, including decks/terraces into the pool

  • Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce the noise volume between 11 p.m. & 8 a.m.

  • NO fireworks or other hazardous materials in or around the property

  • Dispose of all garbage in the designated garbage bins

  • NO smoking (Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarette or any similar product) in the house, condos or casita

  • NO parties, or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property

  • NO pets unless reported in advance. Landlords will charge a pet fee and may refuse pets at specific locations

  • ENJOY your vacation and have FUN!
